調味料;黃沙糖42g,鹽1/4茶匙,五香粉1/2茶匙,胡椒粉1/4茶匙,玫瑰露酒2湯匙,芝麻油

做法;餡料切小粒,加入調味料拌勻,分成8等份
焗
1 焗爐以180度預熱,
2 月餅放在已掃油的焗盤上,餅面噴水
3 調小焗爐179度(因前一次做用180度焗焦了,所以我的焗爐170焗出來很漂亮)
4 放中層焗10鐘至金黃色,取出掃蛋液
5 放會焗爐170度焗約10鐘
